Consultation and Preoperative Visit
Discussion of treatment plan with patient is followed by data collection to serve as the basis for the virtual surgical planning software and 3D printed guide. All patient data and case information is uploaded to Guided Surgical Solutions digitally via a secure portal.
Virtual Treatment Planning
Once all relevant case information and patient data has been received and reviewed by GSS, our team of engineers will prepare your patient’s data in a surgical planning software for the web planning session. There is no additional software purchase required by the surgeon - only an internet connection and a phone line.
Guided Surgery
After final approval from the surgeon, our team will then custom design all surgical guides and models based on the surgeon preferences and patient-specific requirements. Parts are then 3D printed and shipped directly to your door for use at the time of surgery. A mutli-page Case Report is included with every case detailing the treatment plan, instrumentation specifications, and any other additional information.
Postoperative Treatment and Follow-up
Utilizing Guided Surgical Solutions range of products and services allows for a more accurate and predictable surgery. Surgical plan and case information can be shared with additional physicians for any required postoperative treatment or follow-up.
